NEW YORK. DAY 5

DAY FIVE.

Our last full day in New York! So upsetting. We decided to go to The MET, no not The METS, and it was amazing! So many floors and galleries you could spend a whole day wondering around. We visited two exhibitions, we saw the 'History of the Kimono' and Anna Wintour's 'Mourning Attire' exhibition.

After the MET we walked down along Madison Avenue, we popped into some of the boutiques and noticed the seasonal changing visual merchandising, some windows were currently blank where some still had their christmas models and design.

We visited Grand Central Station and after been told by my sister, since her last visit to New York to try 'the best red velvet cupcake ever' we took a trip to Juniors and it was the best experience and idea ever. No other cupcake can compare.

On our way back from Grand Central, we decided to have a pit stop in the Public Library and seen the Public Sharing exhibition. It was an intuitive exhibition, we learnt how photographers from the 18th and 19th century distributed their artworks before technology became and how during this present time how social media has made a change in photo sharing, we were really glad we went to this exhibition.

To end off a great week in New York, we had dinner at Ellen's Singing Diner at this moment my battery died so I couldn't capture any pictures but there was never a drag moment and we all had an enjoyable experience!

I am currently now induced in a food coma and still have a lot to pack for tomorrow's 12pm checkout.
Until next time!
