Since I started blogging for this course I always ask myself, is this right? Am I doing this right? The only social networks I regularly engage in are Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Vine so, why not continue on and express my current views into words like I do on my other networks. (That makes sense to me I hope you guys can incorporate that into your own meaning haha) And I am enjoying this experience so far!

Induction week was challenging yet insightful. I appreciated the 'Treasure Hunt' idea as it was a great ice breaker to interact with the other people on the course and also a great way to see Nottingham as I fail at any sense of direction! However, what I found to be most insightful was the 'StreetStyle Task' not only was it nerve wracking walking up to strangers and asking their permission to take their photo, it also brought me out of my shell and boosted my confidence, so early on in the course and also made me appreciate a different view of fashion and how each individual has their own unique way of expressing themselves.
I also found myself drawn to particular accessories of the strangers I asked to photograph....their bags! That is probably one of my favourite and (possibly) hoarded items in my wardrobe so I gasp and awe whenever I see anybody in a unique or staple piece of handbag-ary?!
Below I've included some of my favourite snaps from 'StreetStyle'
