We were set a task in our seminar researching different beauty products: moisturiser, nail varnish, lipstick etc., in different markets.
Our team was given the product of...NAIL VARNISH.
We'd set off and managed to research, collect a wide range of images and even create a digital and half a physical mood board! Our time management even surpassed me and I struggle with timing as seen the age of 13 I self diagnosed myself with Procrastination, yes I know so sad.

I found this task quite interesting as it gave me insight into the difference of value of the same product and how there are a lot of similarities with the same markets, For instance: I found that the higher end brands, Chanel, Dior are more subtle and classic along with their colours and packaging. Whereas more value brands, Barry M, Rimmel display a lot more promotion and offer a wide range of colours etc.
I also found the presentation helpful, as I sometimes struggle speaking in front of a larger group, by gaining relevant information I gained confidence into presenting the task clearly.
This project also meant, yes, using Pinterest. I will have you know, I have found a way and the heaven's have opened! Though I am still trying to get used to the correct 'Pin Terms' guess who has (in my opinion) mastered the app of Pinterest!? We created our own group and uploaded a ton of our pictures throughout the day.
That's all from me, stay close for more posts! :)
