First things first let's get tedious introductions out the way, I'm Jaspreet Sodhi, referenced mainly as Jaz, and I'd like to welcome you to my blog, I'm new to this whole blogging corp so it may take a few tries and posts to get this right...maybe..anyway here it goes! :)

This marks the day that I officially left the family nest (nest being Leicester, not a tree, unfortunately) and began life as a NTU student. To be truthful it was an array of mixed feelings, I only felt a little excitement the majority was a mixture of nerves, sadness and worry. I'd only been away from home a maximum of 10 days.
However, once I'd unpacked and began speaking to my flat mates and others living in the same accommodation, my hesitations and nerves disappeared and the excitement began to accumulate! Of course a little of the bonding was caused by unforgettable (literally!) nights out, but its safe to say I have already made some great friendships and hope to make more as I progress as an NTU student. :)
